I'm married, 30-something, live in Liverpool England, and have an unhealthy addiction to computers.

If i'm not sat in front of one at work, the odds are i'm sat in front of one at home - either reading news, newsgroups, or playing Natural Selection (a Half Life "modification" - its essentially a whole new game for free, and is played against people from across the world on one of two teams - Aliens vs. Marines) :-)

I try to keep up to date with the latest security scares and scams, and I put these pages together to try to help people learn how they can protect themselves.

I know they're basic, I know they're probably a little too "wordy", but hey, that's me :-}

If you want to contact me, feel free to drop me a line - i've had to change and obscure the email address as it was starting to get spammed - just type it in manually :-)

If you want to know what else I do with my time, see here (Sadie) and here (Scamper) :-p

It is with great regret that I have to report that Scamper left us on 24th October 2007 at the age of 14.

She'd had a tumour on her thyroid removed in June 2005, but another developed in her chest without anyone knowing. She started to collapse without warning a few days prior to her death, and x-rays showed there was nothing we could do to help her.

Rest In Peace love - we all miss you more than you could ever imagine.

In passing, i'd just like to thank a couple of people - Doug and Andy at Rutland House Veterinary Hospital in St Helens for their care and skill, and George Henson - a colleague and fantastic artist - for a drawing of the terrible twosome he did for us a couple of years ago which has pride of place in the living room. Every time I look, Scamp's pulling tongues at me and looking as cheeky as ever :-}
