Thanks go to Doug Boyle BVM&S,MRCVS, who looked after this little 'un on 30/06/05, carrying out a very delicate operation on her throat to remove a lump he discovered following a rushed visit when she started to have trouble breathing. We may not have her for long depending on what the lump is, but many would have given up without trying (update: she died in October 2007, having had another two years of a full and happy life).

He did this, despite already having a full day of surgery pre-booked, because where they can, they prioritise care and look after the most urgent cases first.
